FormsADDA operates as an automated education intelligence platform, search engine, and real-time notification service. FormsADDA crawls and indexes publicly available gazettes, circulars, admission notices, exam dates, results, and scholarship updates from accredited universities, boards, and government ministries for informational and reference purposes.
Our automated pipelines perform text extraction, entity recognition, and deadline structuring to present educational updates in an accessible, student-friendly format.
2. Independent Verification Disclaimer
While FormsADDA employs multi-tier crawler validation and automated change detection to track official source documents, students, applicants, and guardians must independently verify all critical details (including eligibility criteria, fee structures, and application closing times) directly on the official portal of the issuing institution or examination authority before submitting fees or applications.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All third-party institutional names, logos, acronyms (such as IIT, NIT, NEET, JEE, UPSC, NTA, CBSE, CUET), and official emblems displayed on FormsADDA are the property of their respective statutory bodies and government entities.
Their inclusion on this platform is purely for nominative fair use, educational classification, and factual identification of the issuing institution for student guidance.
4. Prohibited Uses
By accessing FormsADDA, users and automated systems agree strictly not to:
- Engage in abusive automated crawling or scraping that impairs platform infrastructure or violates rate-limiting policies.
- Submit fraudulent correction tickets, spoof official university communication channels, or attempt unauthorized portal access.
- Redistribute or republish FormsADDA notification summaries as official statutory circulars without attributing the official source.
5. Corrections & Dispute Resolution
If you represent an educational institution, statutory board, or student council and notice any factual discrepancy in published dates, fee schedules, or notification summaries, we prioritize fast redressal:
